when you get rep, the dot goes from black to green, after that, every 100 rep points you get another dot


100 points = 2 dots
200 points = 3 dots

and so on

LISTEN, everyone starts with one GREEN dot even if you haven't gotten any rep! The BLACK dot is for people who chose to turn the reputation feature OFF. If you get enough bad comments, you get a WHITE dot. The only person I've seen with a white dot is Divine Intent, because he's an asshole. And I'm surprised Dying Sun doesn't have one.
