I used to use Clayton's triangular bass size picks made from their "acetal polymer"

Now I use Cool "Juratex" jazz which have a grip tape patch, link is for standard version.

Dunlop Tortex and Derlin picks rock, Dunlop sharps may be what you want because they have the regular size with a pointed tip.
