How do you find out...

if it's a guitar, there are vintage price guides available in book stores, you could just pop in and look it up w/o buying it ...the price depends on the condition though of course

lizard, you complete me. Then again mind my last several musical purchases were DEALS OF THE CENTURY: $1200 amp for $700, $1100 bass for $700, etc. Hooray used! [/trying to save some semblance of my being]

Doomcifer, check Ebay, check various music forums, etc. Go for street value because blue book type shit generally doesn't mean bunk in the real world. Sure a pristine 1962 Fender Jazz Bass is worth $20,000 but who would buy it for that much? What the hell are you trying to sell anyhow? I'll take it. :loco:

Dammit, I could've used that amp a month ago. Oh well, Yorkville > Fender anyhow. :loco:

Are you quitting playing or just getting something else?

I happen to use my 50w 1x10 solid state amp several times a week, thankyouverymuch. :p

Also my 60w tube amp and 400w solid state amp get regular use, the only one collecting dust is 11 years old and broken.

Not lately, no band. My last show had 6 people in attendance.

Currently putting together all my own songs and will be forming a band when I complete the demo. Might be done by year end, I'm not in any sort of rush.
