How long have you been posting on forums?

I've been posting on forums since Counter Strike Beta .4 (I think it's .4) came out. I remember buying a copy of PC Gamer and they had this Half-Life mod with the free CD that came in the mag. I remember installing it and playing it for the first time, and from there I went to look up more about it and found the official CS forums; I couldn't think of a name at the time so I chose SWAT real quick, and from then on I've been posting on forums, I think this was around 99' or 00' not sure really, so I've been posting for almost 16 - 17 years.

I'd probably still be considered relatively new in comparison to how long most of the members here have been posting here.

I've been posting on forums since I was 11. Mostly anime forums. When I was around 15, I started with metal forums. The ones I was on is no longer there anymore.

I want to say since late 90s but I couldn't tell you which site(s) I first started with. Hell, I recall using some of those old Aol and Bulletin boards back on a dial up connection...so if you include that format, probably mid 90s!
