How Much You Bench?

So, been gyming it for about a week and a half now. So far, my posterior shoulders are destroyed and my right knee is out of commission due to what i would assume is a strained ligament/tendon. Ive come to realize that I'm not the spring chicken I once was, despite me going in pecs fully blazing.

Been going ham past couple weeks. Finally caught up to me and been pretty wore out past few days. Lo and behold, I came across shills for ACV.

This is pretty much vitameatavegemin if the shills are to be believed. "...and its so tasty too!"

Supposed to help with recovery post workout. Also good for skin, hair, bowel movements, metabolism, cock throbbing, inflammation, ye fooqin name it buddy. Just get some with the mother in it, and dilute with water. Shit will take the rust off a trailer hitch, as well as tooth enamel.

No anecdotal opinion of it just yet. I'll report back in a week.

I sandbagged today and just got the heart going and sweated a lot. Pushed myself M-W and needed a chill day

I like dips. I did 26 in a row in high school. Now, lucky if i can do 6 without resetting

If course, this is after two shoulder surgeries and being twice as ancient

Yea I sandbag often. Usually tired af from working graveyard, so just getting my ass in here 6 days a week is mighty an accomplishment. Been doing cardio all week up until today. Trying to see how nuch this apple cider vinegar kicks when coupled with some wholesome cardio. This stuff is the real deal Jeff, I HIGHLY recommend it after one week.

1 rep max is a shitty 305. Workout weight typically 255-275. Got a small shoulder thing going on too. I lift at a powerlifting gym where 3 hundo is pussy weight. I feel like half a man.:!

Have it after a meal as it may upset your stomach. Rinse your mouth out WELL after consumption, ye dont want any of this acidic shit on your teeth.

Supposed to have a myriad of health benefits. I picked it up initially for pwo recovery. Its a metalbolic kickstarter that helps with protein synthesis. Your stomach is going to be a fooqin meat grinder of efficiency.

Its 7 bucks a bottle, got NOTHiNG to LOSE, aside from inches.
 
My amp weighs 85 pounds and my dog is 90 pounds. Wrestling both of those things around constitutes a workout for me.

I do Crossfit, so Im in there with dudes half my age knocking out these WODs in no time, while Im struggling with burpees.

Being 6'5" in Crossfit is a severe disadvantage. Squatting is difficult, especially with a torn meniscus. But I love the powerlifting like clean & jerks, deadlift, power snatch, etc.
