Though I did wake up with a hell of a boner this morn. Legit thought about pulling the pud, but then I thought of Dorian's plight.

Hard to go Forest Warrior on the weights off consecutive days of 5hrs sleep. IDK why tf I wake up early nowadays. Was never a problem.


May completely unplug an hr before bed time. Only thing I can think of. :erk:
 
I just finished my work out on 6 hrs sleep. Felt fine but I sandbagged big time. It was mostly legs which is usually my weak spot. Damn front squats had me taint to paint. My torn knee was screaming at me

Now time for American Gods then bed.

Ye have any knee support? Check out SBD knee sleeves, pricey af, but they'll keep your knees warm, and give you a little "bounce." All the meatheads use em. I stopped because theyre mildly annoying to put on.
