I bought a new car (the "I wanna be like Gugs" thread)...

havent paid tax apparently, car is technically owned by dad and he forgot to send me the bill

nothing happens though except i gotta pay the tax and go over to the station and get my plates back, nice cops

i was hammer drunk the day before they stopped me though (civilbil, vem fan räknar med att snuten kör folka golf) so i was nervous as shit for the blåsning but i passed

i want these wheels so badly for my Clubman ... $260 a piece without tires ... diapers be damned

i'm afraid that car looks very embarassing lurch

why would anyone lower a car that much it looks absolutely ridonkelous

it's not my car, nor do I want to lower mine.

this entire trend of "low and slow" and tucking tires is actually something that came out of Europe and is much bigger there than here.

i am dumbstruck and gobsmacked by this startling revelation

never in my life would i have noticed this on my own

willing to bet mike passes about 70 of these on his way to work every morning

Do all Mini drives have custom license plates? No offense to anybody here, but if you have a custom plate, you need to be punched square in the jaw. Absorption with an annual $75 floss cost.

there are a lot of them that do. I don't. there's nothing witty that I want my plate to read AND pay for it.

My father-in-law's good friend is a MINI nutcase. He goes to all the conventions and owns a bunch of em. He drives around in an older one that is just absurdly small. A lot smaller than the newer ones I see on the road.

It's kinda fitting though because he is only about 5'4, maybe 130lbs soaking wet.
