Hallows Gallery is one hell of an album! Sigh have not released one single bad album. They keep attantion every time. Great vocals too! When you like the previous Sigh albums, you can't go wrong on the new one. No screams indeed. But the clean vocals sound original and are damn catchy! The same story for Ulver. Recently I've bought Blood Inside and from Bergtatt till the new one they stayed interesting. No (black) metal anymore! Just weird experimental noise! Perfect!

i hear this criticism all the time for other bands, such as solefald, newer blut aus nord, etc. but somehow sigh always eludes this criticism. i don't get it.

i hate sigh. and BAN. and solefald. fucking arcturus wanking prog metal tripe.
