I like LFDGD, but I haven't got any other Katatonia albums. Which one do you suggest I get next?

Its just me but i find a lot of there songs "pop" isk.
I like them a lot and they are on my top ten but their songs are arranged, to me, like pop songs, but i still like them. My collage station plays them all the time.

Brave murder day has got to be my favorite.

Yeah, their current era songs can feel simplistic at times, but the depressive atmopshere and Anders' hypnotic chords more than makes up for it...

Katatonia is a GREAT band, which I was listening to btw when I stomped over this thread. Along with Opeth and My Dying Bride, they make my "trinity" of Doom-Metal.

Katatonia are simply amazing. Especially the last two albums and Brave Murder Day.

I just can't wait to find out where they go from Last Fair Deal....

I think they´ve been softening their sound a little bit, but that didn´t mean a drop in quality, surprisingly enough. They have matured as musicians, I guess.
