fuck those reviews ... haven't had an issue yet.

it plays black metal and disco too.

the clip you can't remove but it's not in the way ... its actually useful.
i only use it in the car and clip it to the hanging tree air freshener ... it's that' small and light.

There's an older model with a removable clip. The display is b/w though.

My fiance got me this for my birthday, at my request. So far so good, except I haven't yet figured out how to access the equalizer (edit: found it). Sounds great right out of the box, though! Also comes in black and pink (eww).

Lurch was right. This little Sansa rocks some balls! I dunno why I doubted the clip before; it will keep the device from falling out of my sports bra or waistband when I'm working out.

That Sony is a great little mp3 player btw. Just old, beat up, and only 2 gb.
