und mit der Bahn gehts teilweise mit 35 Minuten
Grundtöne schaff ich aufm Bass
Dann ist die Region ja gut vertreten hier, komme aus Pforzheim...

Just my .02. The vocals sound killer. But some mixing criticism...right off the bat the vocals are too loud and too dry. The background needs to be brought up more, there should be more reverb in the vocals. They just sound way to up front comared to the rest of the tracks. Other thing i noticed is that some of the extra harmony lines should probably be panned out a little bit more. All those little things make the voclas sound way to up and front/in your face compared to everything else.
But god damn, I wish I could find a vocalist with that sound. Reminds me of James Labrie (Dream Theater) and Mikkel Sandager (Mercenary). Brootal shit!

Hey Felix, sounds fantastic dude, I definitely get the Labrie vibe, but with all the gay sucked out, which is definitely a good thing 
Agree about vox being too loud, though I think I can hear a fair amount of verb in there; they definitely sound plopped on top of the mix rather than seated within it, but I assume Erik just sent you an mp3 that you sang over. A couple of things though; I hear a bit of Hetfield "yeeeaaahh-ah" creeping in at 0:39, and also, this type of music should NOT have any profanity IMO, that "fucking" just sounds silly IMO Oh yeah, and the vox could use more compression to even out the levels too, but once again that's a mixing thing. Overall fucking awesome dude!

Thank you very much!!!To be honest, I waited on your strict assessment and like I expected, you confirmed the things, which I also do NOT like about my performance. I will not oppose..the only thing is, the whole lyric is trash/kitsch, so the "Fucking" don´t let it weigh more imo. Nevertheless I had some small doubt.
The next step will be, I talk with Erik about some improvements and then he´ll gets the rough wave for the mix. Looking forward to the finished mix and master!

Spielst du in einer Band oder sowas?Not my favorite vocal style, but you've got some serious pipes. Very nice work, indeed! I think Dandelium's music would be well suited for deathish vocals carefully placed in there...maybe not too much, though.

Hmmmmm maybe a bit Jorn Lande? I cannot assess it..but I can tell you, which singers I dig the most. It could be possible, that some influences creep in my performance subtle. My faves are Russel Allen(symphony x), Dickinson and Tom Englund (Evergrey). They are all GODS

i beg to differ. I don't think death metal vocals fit symphonic melodeath or softer melodeath too well. Maybe some overdub screams over the cleans, like mercenary.
