Kids should not be "steered" in any direction, since sexual orientation is pretty much immutable. Plus, we don't need any more breeders than we have already in this overpopulated world.

I am kinda with Arg when it comes to kids. I think they should know that being straight is the original, natural thing, although being queer isn't bad, but it's not genetic (can be partially, I think it's mostly psychical thing, but I can be wrong on this). We should raise kids that are tolerant towards other genders, but are not different gender necessarily.
