Is their latest shit played in Drop-C??? I thought C std as in Angels don't kill, TLS, knuckleduster and sixpounder

i'm pretty sure all those songs are played in CGCFAD, i don't know about angels don't kill though cause i've heard its in CGCFAD but in the tab i have its tuned differently.

btw page 2 snype

my first impression of the album sampler was that it does sound really american, and i did freak out at first cos i thought they'd simplified things like less leads and keyboards but actually the more you listen to the songs the better they get and now im totally addicted to it. it is more commercial but its still really really good and i cant wait to here the rest.

Great track, sounds damn low and heavy. Pure aggression. I'd like to have a version without the keyboard solo though, don't they ever get bored with that crappy and thin lead sound..?! Almost spoils the mood there.

I wish people like you who dont listen to anything but shit thats low and heavy would expand your mind a bit and maybe listen to some lead...thats like me saying to you dont you ever get bored with low and heavy riffs??

Lets just face it, its pretty bad in comparison but it will do, cant expect alexi to keep it up for so long, poor guy sings has mofo guitar skill and writes all the songs. Wtf is up with the britney cover? does he fancy her? Damm he has to keep is personal feelings out of bodom haha

I really don't get your whining about COB getting more commercial. In my opinion AYDY? is much harder to get into than the previous albums. That's why I can understand that not so many people like it. And yeah, IYF is pretty catchy (the catchiest on the album) but take a look at other COB single tracks like Hate Me!, eh. Also, AYDY is heavier than the previous albums and doesn't have so much catchy melodies all over the songs.

Somehow it feels like the people who don't like AYDY? are the ones who find this album too heavy. Go listen to Stratovarius, biatches

hahaha, i only have 1 thing against AYDY, and that there is 2 riffs that through me off and sound dare i even say (hardcore)...but i mean i still like the song alot, the chorus is just amazing, just 2 small riffs...oh well the album is going to be badass i cant wait.

It's still Bodom as far as I am concerned, maybe the songs arn't as brilliant and melodic as Follow the Reaper, but they make me wanna bang my head hard when I listen and that's about all that matters to me.

Just listen to any other cob song from HB,FtR and then to IYF there is a huge diffrence, its less musically intriguing than the others, its much more basic and less layers of instruments. I bet its sounds pretty fucking cool live because of that 2. Oh wait as i listen it now its as if there is only 1 guitarist? Alexi and roope is playing the same shit and theres only a lead guitarist when he does a solo, and there is no harmonys! This is worth whining about ffs! Plz just tell me that ther rest of the album is not like this 1 guitar man thing plz!

I too think those who don't like the new stuff get better off with shit like Stratovarius.. Just listen to any of the old Bodom, and then listen to the band's new music and you understand this new stuff is lightyears ahead.

ANd what makes me laugh is did any of you realize that its Roope influencig and playing on this record? Of course it is more stiaght-forward! And if my wish comes true the next cd will be Stone with keys:D
