Is there anyonein a horrible band that you think would be awesome if they left?

Is there anyone in a horrible band that you think would be awesome if they left that band started their own? I.e. Is there a vocalist that you think would be awesome if they just left the sucky band they were in? Guitar player? Bass player? Drummer?

Just wondering.

I think Janick Gers should leave Iron Maiden once and for all, and let them go back to the glory days of just Smith & Murray.
