I think Scott has gotten a bit better. He wasn't really going at whatshisface that just left. Lars is also just way too impulsive. He just needs to think more.

Dave is just flat out hypocritical. He can say "yeah I'm trying not to be an asshole" and a second later slag off whomever he just fired. I mean things like that happen in the course of ONE interview.
