Just got home from seeing Periphery and TDEP : HOLY FUCKING SHIT!

I expected Maylene and the Sons of Disaster to be another deathcore band. Totally was not expecting that shit. I kind of dig it though. Reminds me of the first time I heard Type O Negative as a kid and expecting them to be death metal or something and sitting there thinking "WTF?"



@ the DEP video: Watching those guys makes my whole fucking body hurt. If I tried to do all that shit on stage I probably wouldn't be walking the next day haha.

Sounds like a cool line up but I hate that headwalking and stuff.
That's the reason why I wouldn't go to a DEP show, a friend of mine
went to one of their shows, at the end of the night, he had a broken
rip and lost one tooth and most of the time he really enjoys a pit
and he's 6ft and weights around 200pounds.

No problem for me if they want to smash their instruments, beat themselfs
up and so on but just kicking people in the face or destroying stuff
from the venue sucks in my opinion (and I own 3 DEP albums )
