Live Footage

Get out the violins now but as I said before, last year was the climax to ending a bloody terrible relationship and although I thought outwardly I was being very positive and I was at peace with it, I couldn't hide it in the music.

Breakups suck, but you do often get some great music out of them.

'Straw Dog' (title track from my forthcoming solo album [/cheap plug]) was breakup inspired.

Group hug, anyone?

Hey, what's that...Who's is that???!!! ;) He he, the visuals, are funny...

I don't mean to be cryptic here but if I revealed the identity of the person they'd have to kill me. ;) The relationship that ended wasn't with my partner but someone else who must remain anonymous because they cannot know who they are!!! :)

I might go and check out your website again Tin Man, I haven't been there for a little while.

Also, Pele is a very popular name for Swedish guys :err:

Ooops, it wasn't an affair either...hmmm see what happens when you start explaining yourself, you start digging yourself holes. :)

ahhh.. well... romantic relationship, business relationship, musical partnership, doesn't matter what type of a bust up it is, you can get some good inspiration out of it!

and HELL YES you should go and check out my website again.

Hmmm I should update the section about the solo project though seeing as it is back ON again.

Moony, embrace the darkness. Dire, moody, dark pop is so much better than puppies and rainbow pop music.

There have been very few people who have managed to do it properly and only a handful of songs in past decade.

on the contrary, more people can associate with the dark than with the light. Sugar coated pop is an attempt to make people feel better but generally doesn't work due to the majority of people being discontent with their lives

Well, that was fucking awesome. You are obviously extremely talented...well done great stuff.

I agree with Koich about the darkness thing though...you don't want to wallow in dark and such, but you might benefit from being a bit moodier.

This reminds me of like...Brooke Frasier (New Zealand artist), or maybe even Delta Goodrem or something. Not my thing but it is easy to recognize talent when you see it.

You should go on some stupid Idol show, I'm sure you'd win. Or...make some wicked arty music. ;)

There's plenty of dark on this album. And thanks for that Static. :)

It was interesting that I was so close to auditioning for that first series of Pop Stars. It just so happened that the day of the auditions in Brisbane was the very day that I first met the guy who signed me to his independent label. The only day that week he could see me was during the audition time. It made my mind up for me and I have to tell you, I am so happy I never auditioned for any of that. I don't really agree with the process. Obviously Idol and the Pop Stars show was designed for entertaining people who love watching people make fools of themselves. I just feel too sorry for all those people who are given a hard time...

Those people's "careers" will be over before they can blink. You, on the other hand, have worked a lot harder and deserve to be around for longer than any of those teenage tryhards. I look forward to a 20th anniversary Tania Moran box set when the time comes. I might even write the bio for it in return for a free copy ;).

I don't know about Popstars, because I never watched it, but I do disagree with people who diss Idol. Some serious talents are on that show, much more talented than people who have successful careers and are on the radio every half hour.
