Ok , I'm gay I just realized how great Zyklus was and apart from someone here , who knows them pretty well I think :dopey:, what's the verdict and general recommandation ?

Shit.Another band I discover with the best release :bah:?

That sucks.

I've been told the split vinyl with Paysage D'hiver has their best song , I wish anyone could confirm ;)

I've only heard Elixir which was good but not stunning in any way, the songs plod on in general "goodness" but never manages to really rise up in crescendo of sorts which I'm kind of expecting with this type of music. I think Hier und Jetzt is the most memorable soing, that cembalo/guitar (?) piece works wonders as a background in the overall drone.

I'm planning on getting the Paysage split though, of which I've only heard the Paysage side but that sounded really cool on the other hand.

hehe

One of my fav BM bands. Zyklus is my favorite but Weltanganger and Seelenfeuer are tremendous as well.

All I need from them is the pasage d'iver (sp?) split and some other album I forgot the name of involving the moon. <shrug>

Zyklus reigns supreeeeme though. :kickass:

I was just getting to like Zyklus when my comp fucked itself over and all my mp3s were lost. I've heard 2 of their older albums also, but can't remember them very much. Cool stuff though! :kickass:

Shut up  If you're tryin' to say I should buy the thing, I'll get around to it yet! I was just contemplating moving in with my girlfriend, if I decide to do that I won't be able to afford the internet, tv, music, and *GASP* maybe not even BEER!

Back to Lunar Aurora , Zyklus is maybe the best BM album I've heard since a long long time.. (2000's best maybe , too early to say) .They know how to use keyboards..
