Why do I find white skin so much more beautiful on a woman?

I consider myself both rational and liberal, I don't know of any specific belief I have that would lead me toward this prejudice, and I regularly message non-white women on dating sites -- yet my jaw just drops for white skin in a way that it doesn't for skin of other colors.

I've considered that this preference was conditioned into me from a young age, and I've made an effort to persuade myself out of it, but to no avail. It's disturbing.

It's disturbing that you have a preference? It's no more racist than it would be sexist to be attracted to women to the exclusion of men.

However, I find it rather odd that your jaw drops for something as mundane as white skin; that's the majority of the US population right there. If you were talking about literal white skin, that's something genuinely worthy of attention. Skin of the purest ivory shade, unbesmirched by the sun, is a thing of beauty.

If this were true in the way you claim, wouldn't there be no such thing as the quite common homosexual elements in porn viewing among "straight" men? If society is outwardly homophobic, surely that would get in the way of some guy's erection at the sight of pegging, cuckold porn or straight up gay porn?

OK, I acknowledge that sexual economy is not equally distributed among all ethnicities, but that still doesn't necessarily mean racism. afaik, it's a biological truth that Asian men (since you gave that example) have smaller penises than white and black men. Indians need their own condom sizes because the "international size" is too large for them. If I'm a gay man and more cock means more stimulation of my prostate, why should I necessarily be equally as attracted to an Asian man when I can get some black dude to fuck me instead? It also ignores other aspects of cultural reality that have nothing to do with racism, for example the fact that Asians generally push academics on their children more than other ethnicities, which leads to less socialization and therefore less sexual experience and therefore less ability in pleasing a sexual partner. It also ignores that sexual attractiveness significantly determines ones ability to reproduce; is it racist that many birds engage in evolutionary sexual arms races, leading to speciation?
