This sounds good. Sounds like there is some thought behind that mix However the snare ruins it and makes it sound generic and cheap. You recognise the snare sound instantly.

nope i tried the X30 but i thought it sounded better this way.
the le456 endet up on tha one i think. its also an engl simulation thought

Here is my mix!

I didn't really worry about the toms as tom1 is stuffed. I guess I'll wait until the proper one is posted. I'd say there are some mistriggers here and there as I didn't edit the drums in this instance. For a paid gig you'd obviously do this.

I think next time it would be better to name the tracks in a proper way (KICK, SNARE, TOM1, TOM2, OH, VOCALS, SCREAM,etc...).

listening back in the car etc i found that the oldschool approach i tried to take first didn't exactly suit my likings, so this one is way more hyped and hifi-esque. hope you like it.

I should mention my mix was the first on my new monitors. So hopefully the mix sounds good to others. They promised it will sound good on all environments!

I'll post another mix with the 5150. The clip posted was with the Mesa.
