Moshing at a Dream Theater show

they are way out on the lawn, what do you expect really? i mean there is nothing else better to do out there beside drink beer and eat a super pretzel. plus if you get a minute and half into it then it becomes even less about the music than becoming "aggro." the dude without a shirt being prime example.

I've never been a DT fan but there are thousands out there that are... What's so wrong with that??

No doubt we all like bands that would make others go 'WTF!?!'

weren't you trying to argue that Waters is one of the most influential guitarists of all time just a few months ago?

There is a difference between him being an influential guitarist based on his style, and the band as a whole being influential. I think that the first two albums were influential to many bands, but beyond that, I don't think Annihilator as a band was very influential at all to the scene, as the later albums came too late to influence anyone of consequence. As for his guitar playing, yes, I do think he is influential.
