to the original poster: what's your source of info regarding Diabolical Masquerade? As far as I know, Blakkheim/Anders ended the project a couple of years ago.

I guess Leviathan/Lurker of Chalice isn't going to make it out by the end of the year. It's odd how quiet Wrest has been in the last two or so years compared to the amazingly productive years prior. It seemed like he was finally reinventing Leviathan after all those samey-sounding demos. There's not really any reason why there should be long delays for a one-man band. History shows that solo projects should be capable of an album a year without a hit in quality.


The delay is either A.) Something really elaborate is on the way. B.) He's running short on ideas. C.)Personal issues (drugs?) D.) Lack of interest in metal.
