Movies

I gotta say that Damon used to get on my nerves in his early movies but he has been part of so many great ones over the years.

saw the new mr. bean movie tonight. overall it's a cute movie with some really funny moments. but of course it lacks the awesomeness of the shows and even the first movie.

but still, mr. bean :kickass:

Finally watched Apocalypto recently - amazing cinematography, blisteringly-paced, although it is spoled somewhat by convenient coincidences and deux ex machina (yeah, I get the fact that Jaguar Paw is hinted at being favoured by the gods, but it still seemed more like an excuse to get the scriptwriters out of corners they'd painted themselves into at times).

WILD HOGS ... this one will be dorian approved

heh it's wierd how when you have a child or children people automatically assume you lose all sense of taste. I don't know how many times co-worker-parents have asked me, "so, have you seen [insert crappy children's/family movie not-so-subtly infused with commercialism] yet?"
When I say, "Anders will never even know what Disney is" they give me a strange look.

 ummm ... this movie has no kids in it but rather a pretty fucking great Ray Liotta perfomance
