i watched Cloud Atlas. It was cool in an original story telling kind of way and was neat to look at, but it honestly had no plot other than reincarnation type shitz
if this movie came out today, the SJWs would be having a field day. they had a white actor play an asian. an asian actress play a white female. "N" words here and there and lots of slavery stuff.

I watched that in theaters when it came out with my then girlfriend (now wife). Have no idea what it was about. Love cultural appropriation and slavery stuff though.
I love creative indie films. Im watching everything by the directors Benson and Moorhead. Very Lovecraftian.

Tried watching the latest Judge Dredd against my better judgment. Saw this flick continously lauded to the high heavens. Made it all of ten minutes through before pulling the plug. Legit utter tripe. Art style was a visual abortion, dialogue stilted, premise too close to 2020. Just pure shit.
Threw on The Dirty Dozen and saved the evening. Though the second half starts heading towards the preposterous. Actors were still class enough to keep my attention.

New Justice League was cool. Took about 3 sessions to finish it, but vastly superior to the one 5 years ago. Granted, its for the fanboys, but it would be cool if they took it further into sequels

CGI looks like shit, it it looked half way decent, hmm maybe. Probably not, but maybe. Society is so easily amused. :!

Muscle was pretty fantastic. Craig Fairbrass is a beast of a being. Perfect casting on the older alpha in which you cant say no to. A couple WTF scenes, a few artsy interludes (while not coming off faggy), and a whole lot of MAN. 9/10 in the psychological thriller department.

Nobody started out fanfuckingtastic, despite being a blatant John Wick rip-off. Shit ofcourse devolved to preposterous levels of gun porn. 30 russians running blindly into booby traps and rushing down as if their handguns had a range of 3 feet. None of em could hit the backside of a barn.

Thief with James Caan was fuggin amazing. I get how this is never mentioned nowadays due to some very un PC dialogue.
"All right, give us an undesirable kid. You got any 8 year olds? Any black kids? How about a chink? Fuck it we'll take an 8yr old black chink."
Cinematography and score off the fucking chain. Caan immeasurably destroys and is exuding charisma without being a turd. Yep this is what movies miss nowadays. Giving two shits about the protagonist. Legit distracted at times with internal thoughts of "what kind of Gdlk cinema is being displayed before my very eyes, and why isnt this ranked as highly as it should be." Id take this over heat, shit was bad ass. Mann is the man.
