Does anybody know the difference between Nebula 2 and 3 in terms of performance(cpu usage)?
I wonder if I can run Nebula2reverb with edited latency, realtime(with nebula 3 free, I could.).

I also read that cabinet programs are made with 3rd version; does this make those programs sound different or create problems on 2nd version?

Nebula 2 doesn't support some of the newest optimizations and technology
Nebula 3 is more optimized and efficient than Nebula 2
Nebula 3 Pro is the most optimized version and supports CUDA (you can use an NVidia card to offload processing from your CPU) and it also has the CoreII technology so it uses much less CPU than the previous versions.

Of course, but did anybody compare them with cabinet programs?

I did my own test and couldn't find any difference between the two while using AE's free programs.
