I don't know. It's very difficult to say. I think that Entwine's Fatal Design is an album that definitely could fit into the "classic" category. Bits and pieces of each artist, I suppose.

I think Negura Bunget definitely can be regarded as the classic. If they consistently put out some more amazing material, it's there.

As for Wolves in the Throne Room, they are classics in terms of USBM, at least, as far as I'm concerned.

I think they probably will be, but more a long the lines of a Deathspell Omega, Mütiilation type classic at best, in that they're highly regarded among diehard black metal fans but still relatively unknown to casual black metal listener.

Dream Theater are horrible compared to Symphony X who are really nothing more than above average - especially when compared to the true prog. metal greats like Queensryche, Pain of Salvation, Devin Townsend, Winds, and Green Carnation.
