Trust me, I know. Tracked a record last year using SoloC as our 'scratch' tone and nobody doing the reamping could beat it with real amps
@muckypup: Thanks for that. Listening on cans. It's a little white-noisy sounding, but it seems to resemble the actual amp quite well, because the real one can get that same sort of 'oversaturation' noise sound quite easily too! Sounds great to use on scratch stuff though, has some vibe to it.

Since I just bought a new bass and recorded some test DIs, I thought why not give this plug-in a shot too. Unfortunately I don't have a real BDDI to compare to though (though chances are that won't be the case for long).
Anyway here it is. Bass is a BTB705DX, run through my Millennia Origin and 1176 RevD on the way to the plug.

awesome plugin, however in Reaper it crashes everytime you drag it from one chan to the other; the meters go through the roof and you get this terrible noise that you cant turn off without restarting the program.
same thing happens sometime when I open the a project with the plug in it.

Sorry about that, I will fix it by the next update.
I will also try to compile a 64bit version
neither of those things happen to me (Reaper 3.74, windows 7 x64, lots of plugins apart from BOD)
It happens on my computer too, Reaper 3.74.. So I will definately try to fix it

I'm on XP, x32, Reaper 3.74, had it on both my homecomp and the one over at the studio.
Using it for monitoring as we're tracking DI's for our upcoming album now and I'm not sure I'll even need to reamp
Maybe I did something wrong while trying to reproduce it. What are the exacts steps? Or maybe my computer is immune to that bug, muahahaIt happens on my computer too, Reaper 3.74.. So I will definately try to fix it

Onqel needs to set up a new donate button, the one on his old site is broken.
