depends what you think is 'french' since canadian french, also known as 'Quebecois' is a basterized version of real french (from france). Since Quebec was named 'La Nouvelle France' before it became Quebec (being the new france) We don't say sacre bleu, its very obsolete here, but my family in France do use it, because its a totally differ dialect!
