Speaking of which, Day 2 off of Adderall, and I feel even worse. I sat in my office for three hours and managed to read one article, which I could barely process mentally. I had to leave and walk/drive around town for a few hours just to stop going crazy.

I told myself to try going a week, just to see if I end up feeling better. Otherwise, I just might have to commit myself to this medicine for the long-term.

That or I'll just start taking it again tomorrow morning.

Noted. I'll try not drinking any coffee tomorrow morning, since caffeine's been making my anxiety flare up lately. It's largely anxiety that scrambles my brain and makes me useless. But anti-depressants and benzo's just make me more stupid.

I fucking love Dr. Martens. Granted, it's expected what with the skinhead thing, but they are actually amazing fucking boots.

I bought a new pair of Timberlands for work, though. Dr. Martens are terrible for the work I do (chemical/water resistance).

i tried to tell the TV studio "hey, i saw myself on TV" but the "anti-porn" service on this computer won't let me visit the website for the TV show
it's not a porn show, it's on Comedy fucking Central for crying outloud
