Brett Favre pwns and has given the Vikings a real chance of winning the superbowl. @ all those people/Vikings who didn't want to see Favre in Minnesota.

He really hasn't. Look at his performance late in the season/playoffs/big games for the last few years. Green Bay made the right decision in dumping him, Aaron Rodgers is a much better QB. Minnesota can't even beat the lowly Bears right now.

that's hardly Brett's fault, he threw for 321yards with
2 touchdowns and was about 65% in pass completion. He's still the best quarterback and just needs looking after and keeping fresh.

I should be a betting man.

I'm nailing picks...more so how the games are actually playing out.

Cards...no chance yesterday.

Ravens / Colts matchup was closer going in than appeared. Not rocket science, but I called it. It was the Colts timely big-play making on both sides of the ball that was the diff...better than anything good that the Ravens would or could do?

Boys / Vikes. Again, no mystery...but the first QB to cough it up and return to thier usual sucky-playoff-self (Romo) would put thier team in a hole. Credit the Vikes for continued great pressure on the QB...but is Romo familiar with the term "throw the ball away"!?!

Yes-Dakryn you are correct...more sucky playoff games unfortunately . So far only the GB / Cards game were it seemed like both teams showed up. Even that one took some time to unfold. The only game that I watched this weekend that felt like a playoff game was the NHL's Wings v Blackhawks (reg season) game.

Maybe its just one of those odd years...I guess we can't have a close exciting game everytime out? Its just the NFL playoffs are usually (atleast for me) one of the most exciting times in all of sports. Having two teams performing well and BRINGING OUT THE BEST IN EACH OTHER...it ain't happening so far? Jeezus, I'm watching more reg season NHL & NBA games during the same time-slot than the NFL playoffs games. This has never happened before nor should it.

Vikes score again. The Vikes / Boys game I thought potentially would be a exciting close good game. Fuckin 3 points Dallas?? Ravens as well...3 FUCKIN POINTS?!

Wow, another Super Bowl where I don't really care who wins. I guess I will pull for the Saints.

Edit: The Cowboys loss fallas on the Offensive Line and Secondary play. On that first deep TD, Sensabaugh didn't A. Know the Ball was coming, and B. didn't realize Rice made the catch (just one example of a short coming).

The offensive line didn't offer hardly any protection for Romo after the first quarter. Partially due to Free being in at LT, but regardless, no protection.

Anyone who writes off the Jets is a fucking idiot.

They've got the leagues best rushing attack and the leagues best defense and they've shown it two weeks in a row.

Yeah you can say that Kaeding missing 3 field goals won the game for the Jets, but fact is the Jets came up big when it mattered most.

Good teams do that, one and done teams don't.

Not writing The Jets of off yet, but I do not think that their defense will be able to stop Manning from scoring at least 20 points, and I doubt that Sanchez will be able to keep up. However if they can keep up early and use their running game they have a great chance.
