haha enjoy it man

I don;t understand how the fuck the Jets are not benching Geno Smith for Vick. It's completely ridiculous. Buccs bench McCown for Glennon, Bills bench EJ Manuel for Orton but the Jets are saving face on a pick nobody cares about haha I love Rex Ryan as a D coordinator but he's a terrible terrible head coach.

Here ya go Patriots, enjoy the easy ride, experiment with your playbook and roster while you're at it!

Some guys are just naturals as coordinators, but should never be HC, and probably for some it would be the opposite - especially it seems like for DCs. The Ryans, Phillips, Marinelli, etc.

I feel pretty justified now in my initial conclusion that the Cowboys would have beaten the 9ers if they hadn't beaten themselves. Excluding future possibilities of injuries or inexplicable turnover fests, I feel all of Dallas' remaining games are potentially winnable if they stick with the new script.

Ya gotta like their O and how the running game is helping the D. Although I do think their D is going to be a problem sooner or later. I just heard you guys lost Claiborne for the year, fuckin' Jesus

Philly's O line situation is a mess. They played better D yesterday (I love their Dline pass rush and Jenkins is an all pro) but overall they look weak.

As far as the Giants go I really have no idea yet. I don't think they're dynamic in any way but I do think they have potential to be the most balanced overall team.

Excluding injuries the D should get better. We haven't had Spencer or Lawrence or Melton or McClain x2 or Durant or Scandrick either at all or at 100% since before Week 1. This is also the first year with Marinelli's variation on the scheme. Wilcox is still raw. The defense has major upside coming on.

I was glad to hear Claiborne is done (not that I wish for the guy to experience pain etc). He was going to remain a weak link and a distraction. Now it's time for guys like Moore to step up.

The two plays from last night that gave me a fucking boner were the untouched 28yd TD, and the 20 or so yard beastmode run on the Dallas side of the field. Those were fantastic.

I listed 3 pro bowlers, McClain the LB is an untapped talent(with a top 10 pedigree), and Lawrence was a potential 1st rounder that slipped to the early 2nd round. Half of that list is not marginal in any way.

benching geno for vick would not hurt anything but i still think the OC is a fool so i don't see it helping all that much either

I think we only benched EJ because we gave up our first next year to Cleveland, if we didn't i'd bet we'd ride that train a little longer

Vick and that fool had a heck of a year in 2010

true but whats going on makes no sense. its like marty is trying to force things to give everyone on the offense a chance to be on the field. funny a team with so little on offense seems to have an issue getting the right people on the field most of the time. against the bears chris ivory was tearing it up but he felt the need to try and keep putting chris johnson in the game. in the the 4th quarter espn says ivory only got 1 carry even though he was the dominate back that game. marty just needs to calm down or something.

after 4 games tom brady has 4 TDs and 5 turnovers. geno smith has thrown for more yards, rushed for more yards has 5 TDs and 7 turnovers. i don't see much difference right now between the two QBs after the first 4 games on this season but you seem to. brady has 2 fewer turnovers but less TDs, passing yards and rushing yards. its sorta a tradeoff. few mistakes but less yards. i think after tonights game the both have the exact same completion %

I was half joking during the pre-season that this was Brady's last year, and he is making me look incidentally prophetic.

people seem to miss brady always played like that if he can't stand in the pocket 3-5 seconds. just use to happen less often because the o-line was better. this is almost exactly how he looked in college
