NFL 2014

seeing brady play like shit this way gives me something to enjoy this year since for some reason the saints have become a total dumpster fire of a team

My thoughts and prayers are with you. My deepest sympathies to your friends and family in this time of sorrow. While I cannot possibly understand how you are feeling I am here for you if you need someone to listen.

It doesn't matter what you think!

J.J. Watt tallied 15 pressures and 9 QB hits against Buffalo alone, more than all but eight 3-4 DE's had during the entire 2013 season.

The guy is a T-800

If there was one guy I could take from another team & add to the Buc's it would be JJ Watt. He is an absolute nightmare for opposing teams. I was glad to see the huge contract the Texans gave him, he deserves every penny. I hope Clowney can come back healthy soon, cause that should make JJ even better.

So many fans hitting the panic button early here. A lot of teams are 2-2 across the whole league. I'm confident the Steelers are better than the previous season and will make the playoffs but still have a lot of problems. The offense is finally starting to get going but no one talks about how terrible the defense is. Everyone is blaming Todd Haley but Dick Lebeau shares the some of the blame as well. Not to mention the players and all of the dumb penalties they took. All I hear from people is "fire Tomlin and Haley". Hopefully we'll see a more disciplined and focused Steelers football team against the Jags on Sunday.

I really get annoyed at kneejerk "fire the coach!" responses to poor performance. What about the GM? What about the players themselves? What about any number of other externalities?

On the other hand, there are other times where the coach could be winning but isn't necessarily to credit for that - because he just benefited from the personnel/attitude left behind by a prior coach and/or GM. Think Wade Phillips or Jim Harbaugh.
