The Lions are the dirtiest fucking team on the planet. I want Dallas to absolutely destroy them.

The Redskins were playing like some punk ass bitches today, so happy about the 4th quarter of todays game.

Go Lions and whoever else plays Dallas. Basically I'm rooting for Green Bay and Seattle from here on out as they have the most entertaining offense and defense respectively.

It sucks that Carolina gets the injury-riddled Cardinals. There's a good chance they win and if they do it will give every tool who thinks the playoff system is fine ammo.

If Dallas doesn't make it, I'm rooting for Seattle to win it all again. I love their style, and loving that Dallas is moving in that direction, albeit with a better passing game.

My Wildcard picks:

Dallas
Carolina
Indianapolis
Pittsburgh

Ideal Super Bowl prediction

Dallas beats Pittsburgh

Homer

Dallas beats New England

Most likely:

Seattle beats New England

So glad Suh is getting suspended. Don't need him pulling a knife out midgame and shanking Romo cause the game isn't going the Lions way.

It was fairly obvious he wasn't going to actually be suspended. if it were a regular season gaming he was suspended it would have stuck, but a superstar player getting a suspension for the playoffs? nahhh

So they overturned the suspension, but still did fine him, which is an acknowledgement of wrongdoing. If the league thinks he committed an offense, he should be suspended. He has more incidents than anyone in the league. If they overturned this and levied no punishment, that would be a different story. But this shows the league found wrongdoing and opted to ignore his body of work full of dirty, dangerous play.

I'm also expecting a Seattle-New England Superbowl, though I'd be happy to see the Seahawks once again destroy whoever might beat the Patriots to get to them like last year. That was one of the most hilarious football games I've seen.

Go Pats!

So apparently he was like 1 or 2 games removed from the measure of "repeated" infractions of the kind, which would have held the suspension. Suh is a very smart dude from what I have been able to ascertain, so I would imagine given his history that he knew exactly what he could get away with. Smart and malevolent is where you start having justification for at least socio-pathology.

Get out of sport threads Zeph, you're drunk. :D
