Seriously. Can the Jets become any more of a laughingstock?

so what was wrong with the move? fans no longer want sanchez there and he is owed too much money. sanchez can't teach geno anything really and doesn't know the system that well because he was out all of last season with his shoulder injury.

pick up a veteran QB who can teach geno a few things, put some pressure on him and be a solid backup if they need vick to step in because he knows the system since the jets o coordinator was with the eagles. also this might help the jets get d jackson. i hate vick and think he is overrated but i doubt he is there to be the starter unless an injury occurs with geno

 Vick isn't teaching anyone anything. He's a 33 year old one read quarterback. What the hell is he gonna teach a young quarterback, other then bad habits?

That said, it's not a bad move by the Jets, because he's about as good as you'll get on the veteran QB FA market and I wouldn't be surprised if he beat out Smith for the job.

the only reason i don't think they would start vick is no reason to bench geno this year just to have him starting again when vick is done

From what I understand, Rex Ryan's contract doesn't give him much long term security. Ryan needs to win now and consequently will play whoever gives him the best chance to win now.

Just one of the many reasons why the Patriots win so many games each year.

The sad part is they're clearly the second best run organization in that division...

Dak somehow finding a way to make it about Dallas. Whaddaguy

I take it you haven't been following Free Agency?

Allen visited Dallas. Melton signed in Dallas. Melton is a Free Agent D-lineman from Chicago, Allen signed as a Free Agent with Chicago. It does involve Dallas.

I haven't tried to tie something like the Revis signing to Dallas or whatever.
