I saw Moulin Rouge too. My best friend had the video and let me watch it. I didn't think I'd like it, but I did. That is the only musical I have liked. I thought it would have been more funny and cool if actual singers (not Hollywood actors) played the main characters. Haha, Toni Braxton and Anders Friden. My other friend would have liked the movie then.Originally posted by |ngenius
You can label it perfectly as "romantic-drama", with a plethoric Ewan McGregor (there's no reasonable doubt about his actor capabilities). The theatrical scenary and screenplay are original and chupi elements. It's a colour explosion, with the love as a main subject.

Funny thing about love...
When you have it, you are the happiest you can be.
Without love, you are content.
But to have love, and lose it, is to have the world, and then have nothing...

i'm sure you will carry with you as a gift the knowledge that you've been good and honest and didn't deserve any such thing. your future pals/gf's will hopefully appreciate this.
