Nightwish vs. Children of Bodom

You could have included both of these bands in your "black mark" thread. I'm not a huge fan of either, but both do what they do fairly well. I think "Once" is probably Nighwish's best CD. CoB has some cool tracks. But overall, I'm not a huge fan of Alexi's vox.

Nightwish. As their singer can actually sing... and the vocals are more unique than Alexi's typical screeching.

I'm not ashamed of admitting that I enjoy some of Nightwish's tracks such as "End of all hope" "Wishmaster" though I haven't heard a complete album, but CoB are teh boredom, the singer's whiny yapping makes me tired in about 30 seconds, and the fanbase... the fanbase
