Now Eating

I am having two hot dogs "run through the garden" style. Actually, just with Dijon Mayo, tomatoes and onions. Also some sort of chopped salad with brocolli, feta, dried cranberries, lettuce, carrots, and all kinda other stuff.
 
in about 45 minutes i will be having an omlette with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and cheese. and to go with that i'll either have biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, or french toast sticks.

earlier it was a grilled chicken sandwich with a ceasar salad

i basically eat the same thing every day. except for wednesday. cuz thats steak and lobster/shrimp day.

my breakfast of champions

protein shake with 2 scoops of slow digesting protein + 1 cup of milk
bowl of cereal (honey bunches of oats)
1 apple
2 megamen multivitamin tablets
2 scoops of peanut butter (good fats)
