Of all the bands on the Survivor, was Arcturus your fave?

The only Arcturus album I care for is the Sham Mirrors and thats only for Garm's vocals. Favorites are probably Soilwork, Diabolical Masquerade, and Nevermore.

Arcturus are great, but I like some other bands
better ) I've listened to and enjoyed Borknagar
MUCH more than Arcturus, but that might be
cause I haven't understood Arcturus' brilliance
yet! ) And; Opeth is better than Arcturus! >P

I don't need to tell you who my favourite band is.

Although, I would rate 'Le Masquerade' in my top 10 albums of all time, but Arcturus aren't in my top 10 favourite bands.

Garm and Hellhammer are my favourite players on their respective instruments though.

Yes Bumble, but the entire point of the way the poll was set up was to create a weighted average, so you wouldn't expect to find the survivor to be the most popular band with all the voters... otherwise we woulda just done the poll that Hearse is doing now....

A voter who's 2nd/3rd/4th fave band on the list is Arcturus would noticibly affect the voting...

By the way my fave bands on the list are Amorphis, E.O.S. and of course, Arcturus...

I definitely respect Arcturus and enjoy their work, but their discography is definitely not as strong or extensive as other bands on the list, thus voted against them several times. I didn't know that Arcturus won the poll (was there even a post declaring the victor? And if there was, were there no replies so the post fell to the bottom of the thread list very quickly?). All in all they are definitely a good band, but definitely not my favorite on the list.
