i thought about that too. but there's nothing implying the son was a father, and a surgeon wouldn't definitely be examining the dead guy.

Alright, so it was just a brief summary of the original version, but still: it's meant to show how prejudiced people are, at least where occupations are concerned. why is it so difficult to imagine a female surgeon?
anyway, I think I pay too much attention in psychology class...

@Rahvin: I hated my philosophy class, I had been looking forward to it for yeeeeeeears, and I was so dissappointed. i.e. I learned nothing knew and my class is so.. naive and damn stupid.
