Umlauts are so damn metal. I like this preposteröst word, I think it would work well with a heavy Spanish accent too.

here's a perfect example: Austria. sure, a few stray nazis, but also the Sound of Music, cows with bells, oompah bands...
and then there's Östereich! the same country, but incorporating not only the umlaut, but also the dreaded "Reich" word! suddenly your mind is conjuring up images of stolen art treasures and SS runes!!
