i agree with affinityband: Paatos-téa (outro, gives me the chills every single time)
opeth- face of melinda (last vocal part, an immortal classic)
paatos have many memorable riffs: sensor (the groovy bass lead that changes into a synth solo with the coolest lead synth effect i have ever heard), the long piano/synth atmosphere outro that´s in stream if i remember correctly...
opeth- dirge for november (the outro, pure magic)
pain of salvation riffs are so perfectly arranged together so that makes it difficult to just pick a riff, everything about the album "Be" is a perfect a musical moment.
