I just blew the dust off my POT CD that I haven't given a listen to in about a year or so. My god this album is genious. This is definetly one of my favorite metal albums of all time. To me this CD is what Anthrax is all about and defined their carear. The production is amazing and every single song kicks ass I can't say enough about this

Kicking in with that Clock in the song "Time" just makes me want to go fucking nuts. DANNT DANNT DANNA DANNT DANNT DANNNA DAN....

I agree, both music and vocals made POT the record on which the band sounded perfect. Too bad they couldn´t maintain and evolve it.

actually i think on that album joey fits in really well. he sings in a lower register, or at elast it seems that way.
one of the best thrax albums and the first one i ever bought- on tape, back 14 years ago!!

You´re right, it just doesn´t compare. John´s era songs are way better.

True. The original songs from GOTE are also better.

they are differen´t (current) versions, you can´t say which is "better" really. The old ones are classics, but GOTE versions are played better, sung waaaaay better and produced better.
