i dont have a car cause i cant drive and i cant afford it, and i dont wear gold cause its forbidden by islam. mind you, me mum is a hard worker [used to be actually as she worked so hard she cant work anymore], and i felt really mad and sad when she got her 1000€ crap car stolen. the 5 times it happened. but you might think that those who stole that car were free to steal it, freedom of speech and that.

I never, nowhere said that sinners are victims, nor i said that they dont deserve proper punishment. you argue with something wasnt written. What I said is that your idea about making society safe woulnd not work the way you expect and would possibly cause more harm than good.

It's all those left-wing arseholes over here who claim that these criminals had troubled childhood and they are not responsible at all. Or just like Mehdi explained. I used to be an leftist arsehole too but after dating a junkie and some other crap my eyes opened.

In Finland you can steal something like 100 cars before they send your sorry ass to jail. It's not like jail make these people any different but something has to be done. And these crimes are going to happen anyways not depending how hard the sentences are, so long sentences aren't solution either. It's just that these juveniles need a kick in the arse, not a kiss.

I wouldn't like a cop in every corner though.

Like Dora said that's not true. There is in fact opposite evidence. It's balance between justice and realistic view of how to make a society better one. There are no easy answers.

I think after a while you'd have a better chance to be beaten up by police because of listening to anathema than being in safe. Thats all i said about it. (Can anyone get it, really??..)

aah that desperate need girls have to love-up things and make them really complicate when theyre dead simple. we had too much of this 'trying to understand why nobheads act like nobheads' and it led us all the way to nowhere. its been going on for like 20 years but now in france theres this new government which wants to man up the country by being hardcore on criminals and that, and everybody is like 'nazis!'. i dont see any wrong in punishing someone who did something wrong. people arent afraid of punishment anymore thats it.

just a quick exemple. like in switzerland, when you drive too fast, you have to pay this incredible amount of money. so everyone is driving dead slow, well that did me head in too cause im dead impatient haha but at least i was feeling safe. in france you have to drive like 20km/h over the limit to get caught, then you pay this ridiculous amount of money and nothing happens unless you kill a kid or something. people arent afraid really cause theres not much punishment and youre hardly ever gonna get caught cause there are not enough policemen. thats it.
