Political Myspaces

[Oblivious Maximus]

For anyone who has a profile on myspace, have you noticed in the "cool new people" section whenever you log in, links to profiles such as Romney, McCain, Rudi, Hillary, ect...? At first I though they were fake, but I clicked on Romney's and found out their real, for their campaigns. In some ways, I think it's kind of humorus, but in another way I think it's good for some of the actual THINKING younger people who are on that website. Thoughts?

lol yeah. well it's like anything I suppose. politicians, like businessmen, are looking to experiment with tapping into new markets and etc. it could indeed be a good thing as long as the myspaces are doing enough to actually presents means of info and engage the minds of said younger people instead of using them STRICTLY as one big means of campaign advertising
