Deliverance.
I think you'll find that long term fans of Opeth prefer the older stuff, whereas newer fans (like me) will like BWP, Still Life or Deliverance best.

Only became my favorite recently. I was all big on the new albums, like BWP, Deliverance and such, but then I finally came across Orchid and bought.

It put the smack down on my candy ass.
