Also if you can post the method of which you achieve your growl. ie (stomach, throat, chugging beer)
From what I've read the stomach method isn't really growling from your stomach, but breathing in alot of air so that your stomach goes outward and your shoulders do not rise. When growling you push alot of air out and make sure you stomach goes out as well. The key to any instrument played with air is to push with a fast steady stream of air. Make sure you have taken in alot of air when you breathe. Using alot of air will be easier on your throat. When I push alot of air I do not feel any pain or anything in my throat. This is what I have made of the stomach method. Now post yours.
