Post your Hauls!

Ironflame - "Tales Of Splendor And Sorrow"
Death Dealer - "Fuel Injected Suicide Machine"

Kiko Loureiro - "Open Source"
Night Demon - "Year Of The Demon"
Wolf - "Shadowland"
Satan - "Earth Infernal"
Exorcist - "Nightmare Theatre" (The Unholy Trinity deluxe 2 CD version)

I picked up brand new editions of the remastered versions of AC/DC's Fly On The Wall and Blow Up Your Video off of eBay.

Also, I stopped by my friend's record shop recently. I hadn't been there for a while. I ended up filling in for him for a couple of hours as he set up and did soundcheck for a show he was doing a couple doors down from the shop. He gave me the CDs I picked out as a thanks for helping him out.

Bad English - Backlash
Journey - Departure
Journey - Trial By Fire
Bon Jovi - Keep The Faith (remastered and unopened)

He also gave me a copy of a band that he wanted me to check out called Vessel Of Light. The album is called Thy Serpent Rise. It features Overkill's Ron Lipnicki on drums. Likely not something that will be right up my alley but I'll check it out.

Joe Satriani - "The Elephants Of Mars"
Tokyo Blade - " Fury"

I got my copy of the new John Waite EP Anything in the mail today. It came signed.

Funny thing is, if I ordered it through his website it would've cost me about $30 bucks with shipping (for a FOUR SONG EP!). I ordered it through Newbury Comics and got it for just under 17 bucks. Still too expensive but certainly a lot better than $30.

Jorn - "Over The Horizon Radar"
Kreator - Hate Über Alles"

I picked up a copy of the Def Leppard CD High 'n' Dry from my friend's record shop this weekend.

And today, a package of CDs that I bought from another friend of mine arrived on my doorstep. In the package were these rock and metal releases:

Cinderella - Heartbreak Station

Meat Loaf - Bat Out Of Hell II: Back Into Hell

David Lee Roth - Your Filthy Little Mouth

Skid Row - Subhuman Race

Dream Theater - Images And Words

Dream Theater - Awake

Also purchased from him were the following more pop and country leaning releases:

Natalie Maines - Mother

Billy Pilgrim - Bloom (One of the most perfect albums ever!)

Belinda Carlisle - Heaven On Earth

Marc Cohn - S/T

Confederate Railroad - Notorious

Bruce Hornsby & The Range - The Way It Is

Mr. Mister - Welcome To The Real World

I wrote about the Bruce Hornsby & The Range album for my series The Cassette Chronicles and just wanted to upgrade on that one. I've long wanted the Mr. Mister album. I was trying to get my hands on the reissued version but when I saw the original, I grabbed it. And the Belinda Carlisle is a guilty pleasure thing.

Alestorm - "Seventh Rum Of A Seventh Rum"
Eloy - "Planets"

Metalucifer - "Heavy Metal Ninja"
Memory Garden - "1349"

Derek Sherinian - "Vortex"
La Maschera Di Cera - "S.E.I."

Today's "haul" is just two CDs and only one of which I purchased.

That one is the self-titled debut album from A-Z, the new Mark Zonder-Ray Alder hard rock group. It's not due out until August 12th but it arrived early so that's great for me.

The other CD I got was a BIG surprise. I received a package in the mail that came all the way from Greece. And besides the album cover art T-shirt for Illusory's Crimson Wreath, there was a surprise inclusion of a very rare self-titled CD from Ivory Tower, which the band was originally known as. The album came out in 2006. I can't wait to listen to it!
