Someone mentioned prog epics on DT topic, so I decided to start a new one where will list and recommend to each other our favourites :)
So, here's one that first came to my mind:

Arena's Moviedrome.
This band is rarely mentioned around here, and the song is excellent, so it's my pick.

Arena is fantastic! I love Contagion.

I learned British English in school

And I learned Mexican Spanish. ¡Me cuelgo!

Here's another one that I think would appeal to prog metallers as well.

Don't have a youtube video since these songs are 30minutes long but...

1. This Strange Engine (Marillion)
2. Ocean Cloud (Marillion)
3. In Darkest Dreams (The Tangent)
4. In Held Twas I (Transatlantic)
5. Crimson I/II (Edge of Sanity)

etc...

Shadow Gallery - First Light. The Ghost Ship saga as well.

Marillion : Ocean cloud
IQ : Narrow margin
Arena : Sirens,solomon,moviedrome
Ritual : Amazing journey (from "hemulic volontary band")
Twelfth night :The collector
Big big train :the wide open sea
Phideaux : snowtorch (part 1 and 2)
Echolin :Mej

Rush - 2112
ELP - Tarkus
Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick
Mike Oldfield - Ommadawn, Taurus II and Tubular Bells
Genesis - Supper's Ready

Speaking of obvious classics...

Yes - The Gates Of Delirium (just part 1, but you should be able to find your way from there)

King Crimson - Starless (the best prog song of the 70s in my opinion, and it's not even a close call)
