Not necessarily, autobiographies of political leaders, cultural figures etc can be useful insights into the significant events and times which shaped the world. But if you are referring to those of atheletes, musicians and so on, then yes they can be somewhat useless.

It isn't really similar to Pantera, or thrashy, but their start-stop guitar work reminds me of Pantera, just done a few fucking hundred times better.
