religion...hm....well the closest religion/belief i can associate myself with is deism, but i do not believe in heaven or hell. i just think we go to a higher level of consciousness, another area of the implicate order. and i tend to side with bohmian theories and the holographic principle when it comes to origins of the universe etc. etc.

I call myself a Satanist because i've read the Satanic bible and agree with it. People who say stuff like that claiming people who are atheistic but call them self a satanist just to look badass don't understand. Few people i know have ever read ANY bible of ANY kind, i've read the christian bible, i've read the old testament, i've read the satanic bible, i've read the thelema books of crowley, i've read....well you get the point. I've read all of the religious text i can get my hands on, and i think i understand it all quite well. I don't mean to sound like an astute dick, but i know what i'm talking about when it comes to religion. Most of them (notice i say most) follow the same basic outline of a deity who delivers to the masses a way of life by which you HAVE to follow if you wish to join them in their land after death. Satanism (NOT FUCKING LUCIFERIANISM) is one of the only ones that preaches individuality and freedom, and even better it comes with the lack of a mythical unseen parental figure to wave their chubby fingers at you. So please if i may insist, you should do some reading...and not just you, but everyone who feels like satanism is just a title used to make one look "cool", because to people who actually treasure the ideals of satanism and consider their way, that's just a huge ass fucking insult.

You made an implication, all right. I'd like to see you validate it though. Right now, you're pulling it completely out of your ass. So please, I'd like to see factual evidence of the activities I'm being "accused" of (by someone who has no authority to do so), and a 20-page minimum treatise that proves factually and objectively, with mathematical and statistical analysis, that watching anime, within a 5% error, is a significant factor in proving someone being immature.

Until you can produce that, I can but call YOU immature for making unsupported and base strawman-statements in hope of provoking a reaction.

True. There's so many people these days who think they're cool because they "don't believe in Santa." It's become a strong trend within the youth.

It's only a minority of people who understand the symbolism related to religions. Both Ateists and Fundamentalists are missing the point. It's not about science, not about history, not about politics; all that you should read from it is the ethical and spiritual message. However this is something I won't start discussing especially not here.

Believeing in something is giving up on yourself, it's simply abandonning reason and drifting away from reality.

Fate doesn't exist, neither does god, jesus probably existed but wasn't what it's said he was. Ghosts doesnt exist, we have no soul, no aura, nothing. There's just us as a human being. Brain, bones and flesh. When you die, your brain shuts down, you're DEAD.

That's my opinion on religion and beliefs.
